Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phone calls and preparing documents
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Managing bookkeeping for upper management
- Create and manage databases in spreadsheets and reports
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
