Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phone calls and preparing documents
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Managing bookkeeping for upper management
  • Create and manage databases in spreadsheets and reports
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma in any field
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Words, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
