Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries / feedback / complaints over the phone & email
- Handle customer requests promptly and follow-up till resolution in a professional manner, ensuring customers' satisfaction
- Handle general administrative duties such as: date entry, filling, etc
- Handle competition and grading details for all students
- Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly reports
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as required
