Saint George’s Church in Singapore seeks an Administrative Executive to support daily operations and assist pastoral teams. Ideal candidates are service-minded, organized, and possess strong communication skills. This role includes managing the church's communications, maintaining databases, and performing general administrative duties. Weekend work may be required.

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to serve as Administrative Executive . This role supports the daily operations of the church and assists both pastoral and ministry teams. The ideal candidate is service-minded and aligned with our mission and values.
Primary Function
- Manage and create content for the church's website, social media channels, newsletters, and others - communication platforms and collaborate with ministry leaders to promote events, programs, and initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
1) Diploma holder or equivalent
2) At least 3 years working experience in administration and support. Relevant work experience is an asset.
3) Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and adaptable to learn other computer applications
4) Ability to multi-task, take initiative and willingness to learn
5) Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, responsible, discreet and professional
7) Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
8) Able to work on weekends when rostered
