Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for general administrative duties. The role involves supporting HR matters, managing vehicle documentation, and ensuring accurate data maintenance. Ideal candidates should have GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin.

Job description

Requirement:

  • Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably to Speak and write in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates on day-to-day work operation)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented, positive thinking, proactive service attitude and prioritize workload
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to start work immediately or in short notice

Job Scope:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Assist HR matters (annual/ medical leave/ payroll/ CPF submission)
  • Manage the renewal of road tax, insurance, and inspections for all vehicles.
  • Daily collection of letters from letter box
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and documents
  • Data entry, ensure accurate data updating and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain stock inventory
  • Assist in any events planning include finding quotation
  • Assist in associations matter
  • Assist Chairman on corporate social responsibilities matters
  • Assist Chairman’s PA
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
