The Role:

The Administrative Executive provides support in general administration, daily operations, student services and student pass application. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsive and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative and Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks including filing, documentation and inventory management.
  • Handle data entry, database maintenance, and preparation of reports as required.
  • Liaise with vendors for office supplies and office related needs.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

2. Student Services

  • Provide support to students regarding their inquiries, enrolment assistance and issuance of letters.
  • Coordinate and support student orientation and collection of documents.
  • Maintain accurate student records in the system.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

3. Admissions

  • Support end-to-end student pass applications through the ICA/SOLAR+ system.
  • Submit the accurate information and monitor the student pass application status.
  • Liaise with the students or teams to resolve any issues.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing administrative support.
  • Excellent organisational skills and with attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
