Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and logistical support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate records of employees’ pass status and expiry dates; proactively initiate renewal processes.
Liaise with government agencies and external vendors regarding immigration and employment-related matters.
Assist in drafting correspondences, memos, reports, and meeting notes as needed.
Support departmental projects, including coordination of timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
Manage confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Support executive team members on ad-hoc administrative tasks and operational needs.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to office administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
