Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and clerical support to the trading and operations teams
  • Manage office supplies, schedules, and general correspondence
  • Welcome and assist visiting clients and business partners
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and well-maintained
  • Coordinate internal communications and support a well-structured office workflow
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers
  • Assist the HR and Finance teams with basic administrative tasks
  • Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by the Chairman
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a multicultural team
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
