About the role

Swee Bee Contractor Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our growing business, with a focus on contracts management.

What you'll be doing

  • Drafting, reviewing and maintaining contracts and quotations

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution of contracts

  • Maintaining detailed contract records and filing systems

  • Providing administrative support for various office functions as needed

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations

  • Offering general administrative support to the wider team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or contracts management role

  • Strong understanding of contract administration processes and best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively

  • Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
