Job Description

- Attend to phone calls, messages, and emails enquiries.
- Order processing, issuing of Delivery Order, and invoicing.
- Data entry and filing.
- Provide administration support to operation departments and manager.
- Clerical duties and general administrative support.
- Update daily sales records and customers’ sales records.
- Liaise with warehouse and production to monitor the stock level.
- Assist in basic production operations such as vacuum packing, labeling, and inventory keeping.
- Maintain company's social media platform account, updating the latest products to social media account.
- Assist in custom clearance.

Job Requirements

- Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Relevant experience in administration, data entry, or wholesale trading is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Willing to work in a cold environment.
- Responsible, good team player, and willing to learn.
