A growing enterprise in Singapore seeks an experienced administrator for daily administrative duties, procurement, and managing supplier relations. Candidates should have a minimum of polytechnic or A level education, with at least 2 years of experience in administration. Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary due to supplier interactions. The role offers a structured working schedule and opportunities for organizational development.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in daily administrative duties such as following orders, issuing DO & invoices and etc
- Responsible in product development, procurement and order follow up - home related merchandise
- Responsible in managing and dealing with diverse overseas suppliers
- Arrange and coordinate incoming shipment, ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Prepare and facilitate shipments to sales and logistics teams
- Maintains inventory check and records
- Others assigned administrative duties such as office & showroom housekeeping, assist call-in enquiry and etc
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least polytechnic or A level education
- At least 2 years experience in administration
- Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Mature, efficient, clear minded, organized and creative
- IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
Working Location : Jurong East, opposite IMM Shopping Centre
Working Days : 5.5days with alternate Saturday off
