Job Description & Requirements

  • This position reports directly to the CEO.
  • Requires minimum of 5 years of experience doing administrative and office management related works.
  • Issuance of tax invoice and chasing of payment.
  • Working hand in hand with the finance department to ensure all account related matters are in order.
  • Well-versed in shipment procedures to carry out clearance of imports.
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and able to correspond with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers and financial institutions.
