Job summary

A growing company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated administrative assistant to support its Project, Wholesale, and Retail Teams. The role involves administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and support for monthly operations. Candidates should have at least an A-level or diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, and be capable of managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • At least A-level / Diploma and above or equivalent.
  • Compulsory to have strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to product distribution and retail operation teams.
  • Assist operation teams in monthly target setting and project tabulation of commission and incentive payout.
  • Manage and update the price catalogue in the system.

Job description

Our new colleagues will assist our Project, Wholesale and Retail Teams to ensure the overall effective coordination of operational process and functions.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative and secretarial supports to our product distribution and retail operation teams.
  • Take meeting minutes and disseminate to teams for execution
  • Assist operation teams in monthly target setting, project, retail and distribution tabulation of commission and incentive payout
  • Manage and update price catalogue in system
  • Answer customer's enquiries and to arrange servicing / delivery / supports
  • Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by G.M
  • Basic photoshop skills (resizing / extraction only) will be an advantage

Requirements:

  • At least A-level / Diploma and above or equivalent
  • Compulsory to have strong knowledge in Microsoft office , especially Excel
  • Extensive report generation with good eye for details to ensure report accuracy
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to communicate and articulate to get things done
  • Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude follow up skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment
  • Process good communication and written skills
  • 2 Full-Time/Part-Time position(s) available
