Job summary
A management consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to provide clerical support, assist with HR matters, and manage vehicle-related tasks. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience is preferred.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Assist with HR matters including payroll and leave submissions.
- Manage vehicle-related tasks like road tax and insurance renewals.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in event planning and other ad hoc duties.

Requirement:
- Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

Job Scope:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist HR matters (annual/ medical leave/ payroll/ CPF submission)
- Manage the renewal of road tax, insurance, and inspections for all vehicles.
- Daily collection of letters from letter box
- Assist with basic bookkeeping
- Manage and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and documents
- Data entry, ensure accurate data updating and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain stock inventory
- Assist in any events planning include finding quotation
- Assist in associations matter
- Assist Chairman on corporate social responsibilities matters
- Assist Chairman’s PA
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
