Job summary

A management consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to provide clerical support, assist with HR matters, and manage vehicle-related tasks. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experience is preferred.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Assist with HR matters including payroll and leave submissions.
  • Manage vehicle-related tasks like road tax and insurance renewals.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in event planning and other ad hoc duties.

Education

GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
Job description

Requirement:

  • Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably to Speak and write in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates on day-to-day work operation)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented, positive thinking, proactive service attitude and prioritize workload
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to start work immediately or in short notice

Job Scope:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Assist HR matters (annual/ medical leave/ payroll/ CPF submission)
  • Manage the renewal of road tax, insurance, and inspections for all vehicles.
  • Daily collection of letters from letter box
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and documents
  • Data entry, ensure accurate data updating and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain stock inventory
  • Assist in any events planning include finding quotation
  • Assist in associations matter
  • Assist Chairman on corporate social responsibilities matters
  • Assist Chairman’s PA
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
