Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service

a. To handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries;

b. To screen enquiries and calls, providing information as needed;

c. To assist with contacting students / parents for follow-up and appointments;

d. To assist in the process of completing students’ applications;

2. Office Organization

a. To maintain office tidiness, ensuring a clean and organized workspace;

b. To restock and tidy bookshelves, ensuring prospectuses are readily available;

3. Documentation and Research

a. To assist in researching, updating and upkeeping information in various files, including scholarship, professional recognition, application forms, and institution fees;

b. To perform data entry and updates;

4. Event Management

a. To assist in event planning, including pre-event preparations, during-event assistance, and post-event.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferable;
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferable;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
