Job description

Job description:

  • Assisting with sales / miscellaneous paperwork
  • Manage data entry
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Booking local & international delivery appointments on outsourced platforms
  • Managing delivery schedule
  • Assist to create SOP documents
  • Scan sales invoices & receipts
  • Prepare shipment paperwork if necessary

Job details:

  1. The location is in the East.
  2. Work hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day
  3. Timing is flexible but must be between 11 am to 8 pm
  4. Must be able to start working immediately
  5. Medical & leave benefits are included
  6. Contract position for 3 months or 6 months

Skills required:

  • Previous experience with ERP software is preferred (training provided)
  • Organisation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to new tasks
  • Fast learner
  • No prior experience is required
