Assisting with sales / miscellaneous paperwork
Manage data entry
Creating purchase orders
Booking local & international delivery appointments on outsourced platforms
Managing delivery schedule
Assist to create SOP documents
Scan sales invoices & receipts
Prepare shipment paperwork if necessary
Job details:
The location is in the East.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day
Timing is flexible but must be between 11 am to 8 pm
Must be able to start working immediately
Medical & leave benefits are included
Contract position for 3 months or 6 months
Skills required:
Previous experience with ERP software is preferred (training provided)
Organisation skills
Flexible and adaptable to new tasks
Fast learner
No prior experience is required
