Job Description & Requirements

The personnel is to provide support and be deployed to:

1. Collaborate with external partners and manage after-school programmes, assisting in attendance and overall discipline of students.
2. Assist the Assistant Year Head (AYH) in designing customised daily after-school programmes with prospective partners for segmented groups of high-needs (HN) students to motivate and engage them to attend school.
3. Monitor specific information of individual HN students during and after school; track and report on their progress, providing regular updates to the Head of Department (HOD).
4. Assist in organising Learning Journeys for HN students with the AYH in charge.
5. Support HR and administrative operations and carry out other tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders.
