Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Specialist to manage employee records, work pass administration, and handle day-to-day HR duties. The role requires coordinating hiring plans, managing attendance, and administering training. Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle employee and workers' records.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as applications and renewals.
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
  • Coordinate hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and HR matters.
  • Manage leave and attendance records.
  • Administer training-related matters, including course coordination.
  • Ensure timely submissions for government claims like CPF and tax matters.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports accurately.
  • Provide advice on HR-related inquiries.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Job description

· Manage and handle employee and workers' records

· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance

· Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding

· Coordinate on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters

· Manage leave & attendance record

· Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.

· Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner

· Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

· Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
