We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator (Volunteer Management) to assist in volunteer management, programme planning, and data management. If you have experience in community engagement, program coordination, or volunteer management, this role could be a great fit for you.

Nearest MRT: Caldecott

Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3160/Month

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 1-year contract

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist in recruiting, engaging, and training volunteers.
  • Help manage and update the volunteer database, track volunteer activities, and conduct data analysis to support a data-driven approach for refining volunteer strategies.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of key volunteer and stakeholder engagement events.
  • Offer administrative support for volunteer management and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Degree holder.
  • Previous experience in volunteer or project management, program coordination, or community engagement is desirable.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and systems used in operations or volunteer management is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); experience with CRM or volunteer management platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel would be advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills, with strong sense of initiative and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable engaging with volunteers and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Willingness to work during weekday evenings and/or weekends when necessary (time off will be given for additional hours worked).
