Unlike a regular administrative post, this job requires you to step up and take on a more empowered role in providing our team with the backing they need.
Job Scope:
Schedule and planning outgoing job
Arrange Delivery Schedule
Liaise with internal department coordination of work & reply email
Requirements:
A POSITIVE ATTITUDE (We value individuals with a positive attitude over experience anytime)
Min GCE O level (or at least basic common sense)
Meticulous and strong organizational skills
Able to commit to overtime
Prior experience in administrative duties would be advantageous
Good communication skills and able to handle customers with confidence
Preferably able to converse effectively in both English and Chinese (we have Chinese speaking suppliers)
