Job description

What The Role Is

You will provide support, which includes operational scheduling, and administrative support, but not limited to the following tasks.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Assist to manage the Principal’s schedule in consultation with other stakeholders to ensure smooth transition between meetings/appointments. This includes facilitation of security clearance of guests, media and guests visiting MinLaw on the invitation of the Principal.
  • Identify and co-ordinate availability of venues for meetings and forums
  • Preparation of meeting materials
  • Provide support to staffing officers to the Principal for overseas official trips, including co-ordinating travel arrangements and drafting correspondences on administrative matters
  • Assist the Personal Assistant to the Principal in matters as directed

  • [Secretariat Support]: Administer secretarial functions and provide support in secretarial matters relating to key stakeholders
  • [Document Management]: Provide administrative support in the production of documents such as registry records, annual reports.

  • Past working experience in the public service especially in co-ordination work

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
