The Administrative Coordinator (AC) will be responsible for providing administrative support for senior leaders. They manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with other operational tasks as needed. The AC’s administrative and project work assignments will be complex in nature requiring discretion, as well as considerable tact, judgment, creativity and initiative in resolving issues. The AC may also be asked to demonstrate project management skills to run projects.
