About the role
Join ThinkingStream Information Pte. Ltd. as an Office Clerk in our Central Region office.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and document management
Handle international calls and mails
Supporting the chinese team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with colleagues and clients
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in both Chinese and English expression ,Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
The job is relatively flexible, allowing for remote work.
