Job summary

A dynamic engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting general administrative duties and daily accounting functions. Candidates should have at least O' level education and preferably one year of experience. Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are preferred due to stakeholder interactions. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in general administrative duties such as documentation and record-keeping.
  • Support daily accounting functions like AP and AR.
  • Aid in the preparation of annual audits.

Job description

  1. Probation Period: 3 months
  2. 5-Days Work Week
  3. Working Hours: 830am - 6pm
  4. Working Location: Yishun
  5. Friendly Female Working Environment
  6. Date of Commencement: Immediate
  7. Salary depend on experiences

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in General administrative duties (i.e: office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping) and other support work
  • Assist in Daily Accounting functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets Management
  • Assist in Process supplier invoices and PO
  • Assist in monthly payroll process
  • Assist with annual audit preparationss
  • Provide support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by both Directors
  • Possess positive learning attitude, good team player & willing to learn
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (optional)
  • Candidates who’re able to converse in both English & Mandarin preferred, need to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
  • Able to be communicate with workers time to time when needed
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
  • Able to work overtime if needed
  • Minimum O' level education
  • Must at least know AR,AP&GL
