Location: Jurong

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Friday: 9am to 5.30pm

Salary: $2580

Start Date: 25 Aug

Duration: 6 Months contract

Job Description:

  • Handling front desk and phone inquiries, including taking calls, recording and relaying messages.
  • Assisting students with their needs, like minor injuries and queries.
  • Communicating with parents and vendors, answering questions, and managing goods delivery.
  • Managing stationery supplies and office equipment.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks in the General Office, such as data entry, document typing, photocopying, and filing.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
