A leading company in the aerospace industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle sourcing, purchasing, and procurement tasks. The role involves managing orders, maintaining documentation, and requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply, with a salary of up to $2,500 monthly plus bonuses.
Position : Administrative Assistant - Up to $2,500 - Seletar - ALL WELCOME!
Location : Seletar (Company Pick Up from Yishun MRT)
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:
To source & purchase of equipment, spare parts, materials (such as for steel fabrications & installation) & sourcing of contractors for services
To obtain for quotations & preparation of purchase orders
To check invoices & delivery orders before processing for HOD’s approval.
Proper documentations & records on relevant information
Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) on MRP system.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge on material sourcing with preference in metalwork fabrication industry (other industries welcomed to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
