As an individual contributing to the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for assisting in monitoring departmental tasks daily to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve managing meeting schedules, preparing minutes, following up on action points, and summarizing discussions effectively.Additionally, you will be tasked with compiling and preparing data reports, performance indicators, and presentations to support the hospital-wide MIS preparation. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing incident management, including CAPA implementation, and handling correspondence with external parties as needed.Under guidance, you will oversee and track the NABH implementation progress. Regular inspections of key hospital areas such as wards, OT, OPD, facility, and maintenance will be conducted by you to proactively address any inefficiencies.This role requires a Bachelor's degree along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting. Proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi languages is essential. A valid MBA in Hospital Administration, BPT, or MPT certification is also required for this position.The job type is Full-time and Permanent with benefits including leave encashment and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve day shifts and rotational shifts, and a yearly bonus is provided. The work location is on-site.,
