Administrative Assistant (2–4 Weeks)

Full-Time | Short-Term Contract | $11-12/hour

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient

  • Perform accurate data entry, updating, and maintenance of digital form submissions using SharePoint

  • Create and update records in internal systems for new submissions or amendments

  • Generate, print, and distribute e-reports or physical documents as needed

  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time

  • Carry out other duties as assigned by your supervisor

What We’re Looking For:
  • Comfortable using Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Clear communication skills in written and spoken English

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to commit for at least 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks
