  • Assist with general administrative duties, locationmainly based in NUS Enterprise@Singapore Science Park (Science Park 1), may be rotated to one of three BLOCK71 Singapore Centres within the Singapore Science Park 1, One-north (Ayer Rajah Crescent) or Kent Ridge Campus locations.
  • Front (reception) desk duties, including handling incoming mails and deliveries, on-site (Seminar Room) pre-event set up and post-event duties.
  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with facilities team and vendors for maintenance and sanitation services.
  • Assist with procurement tasks such as ordering and restocking of stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
  • Liaise with finance team to process monthly bills and invoices for the Centre and startups.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including document and database management.
  • Onboarding and orientation of new startups to ensure their smooth integration into the Centre.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the team, for program or events-related documentation, liaising, procurement, and finance processing.

This is an hourly-rated ($12/hour) position. Primarily in-office, 9am-6pm (5.30pm on Fridays), Monday to Friday. Schedule can be further discussed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with at least1-2 yearsof working experience in similar capacity
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently
  • Proactive individual with a positive work attitude
  • Diligent, systematic, and organized
  • Attentive to details
  • Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resource planning and on-site operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiar with, or open to learning various Finance and Procurement systems and processes
