Job summary
A leading advanced materials company in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative support professional. You will provide quotation preparation, contract tracking, and invoice management while coordinating import/export logistics. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of administrative experience in B2B or industrial environments, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong English communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese or Malay is a plus. Attention to detail and organization are essential.
