Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating daily administrative functions to support smooth production operations.

  • Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and handling of incoming/outgoing mail.

  • Manage and organize both physical and digital records and documentation in a structured manner.

  • Key in and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems accurately.

  • Support departmental procurement processes by preparing and managing purchase requisition requests.

  • Monitor the status of verbal quotations, AOQs (Approval of Quotation), and tenders to ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Verify and match Goods Receipt Notes and Works Orders and arrange corresponding invoices for certification.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other relevant documents.

  • Ensure all procurement activities are properly documented and readily accessible for audit or reference.

  • Coordinate and manage the preparation and daily dispatch of documents.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Pre-requisites:

  • GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work

*5 days' work week

The successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pickup/dropoff point at Sembawang MRT station.
