A leading company in polymer and ceramic testing is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the department manager. The role involves generating reports, managing invoices, and performing various administrative tasks. Candidates should possess a diploma and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong multitasking abilities.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Polymer & Ceramic)
1) Reporting to the Department Manager for daily updates and any issues requiring urgent attention
2) Generate test reports
3) Prepare and monitor invoices
4) Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
5) Files documents, as requested by manager, based on filing standards and
procedures.
6) Liaise with other administrative assistants from other departments
7) Answering clients emails and phone calls with regards to test reports and invoices status
8) Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
9) Other administrative duties, responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Technical Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Able to multitask and is meticulous
