Administrative Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time | Flexible Work Arrangements)


We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team, either on a part-time or full-time basis. We offer flexible working hours and remote work options—frequency of office presence is open for discussion based on mutual needs.


Our Physical office is located at 25 Tagore Lane, Singapore G Building, Singapore 787602.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including documentation, filing, and scanning
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Support sales and respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle inventory management: stock ordering, tracking, and stock-taking
  • Address customer feedback and queries professionally and promptly
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and invoices, and send them to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Manage the company’s WhatsApp line and direct messages to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain and update content on the company’s social media platforms
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in accounting or sales
  • Experience managing social media platforms (corporate or personal), with some picture editing and video editing ability with Canva, Capcut etc
  • Previous experience in Construction, M&E, or Audio Visual industries is an added advantage
