A prominent hospital in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual for linen and uniform management. This role includes maintaining accurate records, overseeing uniform distribution, and coordinating with vendors to ensure efficient operations. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and experience in administrative functions.
1. Perform duties related to linen administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Maintain and track linen records for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures, audit files, and work processes to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Maintain comprehensive records, including budget and expenses, contract details, inventory assets and linen stock levels.
Monitor and manage linen attendants’ attendance, leave records and duty rosters.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for linen procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory replenishment.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all linen-related transactions.
2. Staff Uniform management
Oversee the collection, issuance, and return of staff uniforms.
Maintain an updated inventory of uniforms, ensuring adequate stock levels
Assist in annual uniform fitting and distribution for new employees.
3. Other Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and requests related to linen and uniform services.
Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, adapting to changing operational needs.
