A leading property management company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support the Condominium Manager. The role involves resident relations, financial support, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within the estate. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the Condominium Manager in day-to-day operations and estate administration.
Handle and record feedback and complaints from residents and subsidiary proprietors
Support resident engagement and participation in estate events or activities
Assist with petty cash handling and collection of payments from residents
Update trust accounts and issue receipts for maintenance contributions and deposits
Maintain records of office supplies and manage equipment maintenance schedules
Monitor attendance and performance of site staff, vendors, and contractors
Oversee the proper use of estate facilities in line with House Rules, By-laws and SOPs
Regularly update the estate’s notice boards
Assist in processing Section 47(1)(c) notices and updating strata roll upon transfer of ownership
Maintain proper filing systems for efficient documentation and administration
Coordinate and support council meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
Attend meetings and prepare minutes for official records
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Condominium Manager
Provide ad-hoc support to ensure smooth estate operations
Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in administrative or property management roles
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in MCST or residential estate management is a plus
Able to work independently and within a team setting
5.5 Day Work Week (Work on alternate Saturday)
