Job description

We’re hiring a proactive, people-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our customers and product distribution team. This role coordinates orders, handles customer inquiries, and ensures smooth delivery from order to arrival. You’ll keep things running efficiently while providing responsive, professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer order updates, shipping inquiries, and delivery issues.
  • Coordinate orders and resolve delays.
  • Prepare and manage customer-facing documents.
  • Maintain accurate records in order management systems and update customers on time.
  • Support customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and escalating issues when needed.
  • Monitor inventory availability to manage customer expectations and backorders proactively.
  • Assist in gathering feedback and identifying trends in delivery or product issues.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or logistics support role.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using shipping, CRM, and/or inventory systems.
  • Able to remain calm and helpful under pressure.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a product-based business with direct customer interaction.
