Responsibilities

  • Process orders and invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage customer delivery schedules and related documentation.
  • Match invoices with orders and ensure proper filing.
  • Handle purchase orders and verify stock entries.
  • Conduct cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance on supplier documents.
  • Source, purchase, and monitor packing materials and warehouse equipment.
  • Create and print label templates as required.
  • Monitor and coordinate stock movements from 3rd-party warehouses.
  • Arrange deliveries to customers and handle invoice documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, clients, warehouse, and other departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
