Admin & Engagement Assistant (Contract)


Nearest MRT: Labrador Park

Duration: 6-month contract
Salary: $11.00 – $13.00/hour

Are you organised, proactive, and keen to support meaningful engagement work? Join a supportive public sector team that handles stakeholder relations, public outreach, data analysis, and communications. Ideal for those with strong admin skills and an interest in public service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagement sessions (online or in person)
  • Draft and manage email responses to public enquiries
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Support data entry and analysis (e.g., filtering data, generating simple charts/tables in Excel)
  • Maintain and update website content and contact lists
  • Provide admin and logistical support for e-training sessions
  • Assist with creating simple communication materials such as infographics
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma or A-Level holders with at least 1–2 years of admin or coordination experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and MS Teams
  • Comfortable working with large Excel datasets (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, charts)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bonus if you have experience in:
    - Public/customer enquiry handling
    - Website content updates
    - Graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
    - Stakeholder engagement
