A leading broadband service provider in Singapore seeks an administrative assistant for a 3-month contract. You will provide support to the legal team by organizing confidential documents and managing a database. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Google Workspace. This role is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
We are looking for an administrative assistant for 3 months contract who can assist with organization and categorization of a database of documents to ensure a smooth migration to a new platform. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage and coordinate several stakeholders.
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
Providing administrative support to the legal team
Review confidential documents in order to organise them into broad categories
Database management
Other ad-hoc responsibilities
