A leading company in the drilling industry is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will handle daily administrative tasks, support various teams, and ensure efficient office procedures. Experience in administrative roles is preferred, with bilingual abilities required to aid communication with partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative skills (1 year preferred or fresh graduates).
  • Bilingual to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job description

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension or permanent placement)
  • Working hours: Monday till Friday : 9am - 6pm, Saturday : Alternate Saturday OFF , Saturday working hours 9am - 6pm, Sun and PH : OFF

Location: Nearest MRT Sembawang


Salary: $1800 - $2000 (Depend on sg experience)

Job Description :

  • Create Quotes & Invoices.
  • Handle office administrative tasks which include documentations, filling correspondences, data entry etc.
  • Follow up with payment collection.
  • Tally team sales & performance.
  • Manage clients records.
  • Liase with Customers.
  • Job arrangements for Technical/Installer.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Hoc duties as assigned by company.


Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative skills (Experience preferred 1 year) (Fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communication
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to start immediately
