We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly by assisting management and visitors, handling a variety of tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk duties and greet visitors with a professional demeanor
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls courteously
  • Coordinate mail, dispatch, and courier services
  • Assist with ad traffic management across all platforms
  • Make travel arrangements and bookings
  • Maintain organised filing systems
  • Update and manage internal databases and print subscription records
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Highly organised, able to prioritize and work under pressure
