A leading biofuel company in Singapore is looking for a highly organised administrative assistant to support daily operations and enhance the smooth functioning of the organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing records, handling communications, preparing documents, and assisting technicians. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrative assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the organisation. In this role, you will be at the centre of our administrative functions—coordinating schedules, managing documents, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Managing and maintaining records, files, and databases
Handling emails and phone calls from customers
Preparing and editing documents and reports
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Assisting our technicians with administrative tasks
Coordinating machinery orders and work closely with our overseas factory
Processing invoices, DO, etc
Accurately entering data into finance and inventory management software (Xero, etc)
Providing general administrative support
Performing other administrative duties as required
