A growing footwear company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage communications and data entry tasks. The role involves liaising with suppliers and assisting with logistics for head office and outlets. Candidates should possess 'O' level certification and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong English and Mandarin skills to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Manage corresponding email, faxes, mails & telephone calls.
• Perform Data Entry - Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices and Packaging.
• Liaise with supplier on goods in & out.
• Order logistic items for Head Office and outlets.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 'O' level certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Well verse in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counter-part.
