Job description

General Administrative Support

  • Perform general office administration duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.

Accounts Department Support

  • Assist in checking and processing of invoices and other accounting documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders regarding invoice discrepancies or clarifications.

Operations Department Support

  • Handle administrative duties related to licensing, renewals, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining operational records and other logistics as needed.

Corporate Administration

  • Maintain and organize contracts, agreements, and important company documents.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping for corporate files.

Sales Support – Cold Calling And Lead Conversion

  • Conduct cold calling to potential clients to promote and close in-house sales.
  • Follow up on sales leads, provide product/service information, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update the CRM system with all sales activities.

Other Duties

  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Support other departments when necessary to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
