Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle training course registration, training grants application, and managing training records
  • Administer employee benefits administration, such as leave, medical claims, etc.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other official correspondence
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of personnel related documents
  • Execute and support a full spectrum of organisational support services to meet the day-to-day activities of the Human Resource Department

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • ITE/ ‘O’ levels / ‘A’ levels / Diploma holder
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly
