Job summary

A prominent sports organization in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to manage phone enquiries and maintain databases. Candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative experience and a GCE O level qualification. The ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous, and able to start work immediately. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6:30 pm.

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mature personality, proactive, meticulous, and fast worker.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone enquiries and follow up independently.
  • Maintain a database using MS Office and Google Sheets.

Duties:
