Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in the areas of documentations, data entry, filing, and reports for operations.
  • Procurement and issuance of proforma invoices.
  • Negotiation with current and new vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • 1 to 2 years of admin support experience
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Able to multi-task, meticulous, and independent
  • Able to start work on short notice.
