Responsibilities

  • Observe and improve company structure, and SOP .
  • Responsible for daily office management of the company
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Facilitating communication throughout with company and clients
  • Implement and execute company's policies.
  • Oversee and improvise on company's daily operations
  • Establish and nurture relationships with charging point operators, car park operators) and other key partners in support of our business
  • Negotiate and track partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support our relationships with partners.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in adminstrative, administration Manager role or similar.
  • Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset and ability to use data to influence decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
