Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Arrange/coordinate meeting appointments and business schedule
  2. Manage an active calendar of appointments, meetings, reports completion and submission
  3. Correspondence related to Director
  4. Taking minutes and keeping track of job tasks
  5. Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  6. Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  7. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  8. Managing of company buses
  9. Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

  1. Minimum O-levels
  2. Prior experience working as a Personal Assistant will be an added advantage
  3. Strong interpersonal skills
  4. Tech-savvy and Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
  5. Active listener and good communication skills
  6. Ability to multitask and meticulous to details
  7. Strong time-management and organization skills
  8. Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8.45am-4.30pm
