Role Overview

As a key team member, you will support the SEA & Pakistan cluster and the Singapore team with administrative tasks, project management, and coordination of marketing initiatives. You will also provide administrative support at the Singapore Office when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize cluster events, manage POs, and handle suppliers.
  • Arrange travel and process claims for the General Manager, SEA & Pakistan.
  • Coordinate content for quarterly townhalls.
  • Support corporate secretariat duties for TH, VN, PHP, and MY.
  • Manage samples for countries.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
  • Manage regional marketing projects, liaise with stakeholders, and support procurement and budgeting.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand compliance and facilitate approvals via the VEEVA system.
  • Coordinate with countries on regulatory and legal reviews to meet launch timelines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Regional experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
