Salary Range

$2600 - $3500

Job Scope / Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the pre-sales process, including preparing quotations and proposals to support the sales team.
  2. Provide general administrative support to enhance company operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
  3. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records using effective filing systems.
  4. Communicate with clients to address discrepancies or questions related to quotations and proposals.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for proposal development and ensure timely submission.
  6. Monitor and track proposal deadlines and submissions to ensure timely follow-ups.
  7. Handle incoming inquiries via email or phone and provide appropriate responses or escalate when necessary.
  8. Perform any other work-related tasks as required or assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
  • Multi-tasking aptitude.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Work schedule: 5 days a week.
